Reductions and scholarships
– For payments made by the 10th of the month preceding the beginning of the course, or for two or more registrations, there is a discount voucher of 100 € (valid once only on all courses of 4 weeks or more, excluding individual courses).
Cancellations
– 10 days before the beginning of the course: 100% of the fees paid will be refunded.
– Less than 10 days before the beginning of a course: a 70% of the fees paid will be refunded.
– No refunds for cancellations after the beginning of the course.
Visa
• If the Academia is required to issue a formal resignation in order to apply for a study visa:
– There can be no refunds/course date changes after the visa has been issued.
– The school will issue a refund of the tuition fee paid less 350€, if a student visa application has been refused. The refund is available once the original visa refusal letter issued by the Italian embassy/consulate and the original documents sent to the student have been returned to the school.
Participants in a group
• If a course level has fewer than 5 students enrolled, the school redesigns the schedule according to the number of participants.
