How to apply

Enrolling takes four steps, from choosing your course to arriving in Assisi.

1. Choose your course

   • In a group: the standard course, 18 lessons a week.
   • In a group, with individual lessons: the intensive course (22 lessons a week) or the super-intensive course (26 lessons a week). See all intensive, super-intensive and thematic courses.
   • One to one, in person: private lessons at the Accademia.
   • One to one, online: online lessons, wherever you are.
   • Language and culture together: our programs combine Italian lessons with a specific aspect of Italian culture.

2. Enroll

   Fill out the enrollment form on the page of the course you chose. In the form you tell us:

   • your preferred payment method;
   • whether you need accommodation: an independent apartment, or a single or double room in a shared apartment;
   • whether you need a student visa.

   If you need a visa, enroll well in advance and read the visa information page first.

3. Get your confirmation

   Within a few days we send you:

   • a pro forma invoice. Payment is due before the course begins. We recommend a bank transfer to our Wise account: no fees for transfers in euros. Other payment methods and refund conditions are in the FAQ;
   • the level test, if you are not a beginner: a link to an online test and an appointment for a short online conversation, so we can place you in the right class;
   • your accommodation details, if you asked for it: photos, floor plan, distance from the Accademia and terms;
   • a pre-enrollment certificate, if you need a visa.

4. Arrive in Assisi

   Your accommodation is available from the day before the course begins. Someone will meet you at the apartment with the keys (€150 cash deposit, returned when you leave). On your first day, we’ll see you at the Accademia at 9:00.
