Enrolment
Tuition fee includes: course, activities and teaching material.
The prices are valid until 31/12/2024 and include:
- online placement test and interview
- lessons of Italian language and culture (50 minutes lesson):

Cancellations
Cancellations are to be sent by email to [email protected] from Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM.
For a cancellation sent:
– 10 days before the beginning of the course: 100% of the fees paid will be refunded.
– Later than 10 days before the beginning of a course: 70% of the fees paid will be refunded.
– After the beginning of the course: no refunds.
Visa
If the Academia is required to issue a formal resignation in order to apply for a study visa:
– There can be no refunds/course date changes after the visa has been issued.
– The school will issue a refund of the tuition fee paid less 350€, if a student visa application has been refused. The refund is available once the original visa refusal letter issued by the Italian embassy/consulate and the original documents sent to the student have been returned to the school.
Participants in a group
Group courses have a minimum of 5 students in a level. If the minimum number is not reached, some self-study activities partially replace face to face classes and the schedule of a small group course is as follows:

The maximum number set is 15 in group courses; however, average attendance varies depending on levels and months:

Advanced groups (B2/C1 – C1): 4-6
