Cancellations

Reductions
For payments made by the 10th of the month preceding the beginning of the course, there is a discount voucher of 100 euros (valid once only on all courses of 4 weeks or more, excluding individual courses).

Groups
If a course level has fewer than 5 students enrolled, the school redesigns the schedule according to the number of participants.

Cancellations
If cancellation is made:
– 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full cost is refunded
– 2 weeks before the start of the course, the school retains 50% of the total course cost
– after the start of the course, no refund is possible

Changing the course start date and credit
If a change of date is requested:
– 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the credit remains valid for 12 months
– 1 week before the start of the course, 70% of the credit remains valid for 12 months
– after the start of the course, no credit can be issued

Visa
If the Accademia is required to issue a formal resignation in order to apply for a study visa: 
– There can be no refunds/course date changes after the visa has been issued.
– The school will issue a refund of the tuition fee paid less 350 €, if a student visa application has been refused. The refund is available once the original visa refusal letter issued by the Italian embassy/consulate and the original documents sent to the student have been returned to the school.
