Lessons
The course is set as follows: 4 hours (Monday/Friday – 9/13) of ordinary lessons in the morning followed by 2 hour lessons in the afternoon for no more than 4 students at the very same level. The afternoon lessons are set aside for deepening the student’s language proficiency with emphasis on conversation and fluency. The course puts together the advantages of a group work and semi individual work. It is particularly suitable for beginners who wish to learn quickly as well as for student at intermediate or advanced level whose skills are often uneven, in fact this course offers the chance to work any points of weakness. Intensive course of Italian language, after which is issued a certificate of attendance and evaluation. The Academy teachers have a university background and years of experience.
Books
Books and workbooks will be distributed at the beginning of the course. The Accademia is also open outside the class schedule: a library, video library, multimedia educational materials for individual use and the wi-fi are available. Enrolment The program costs 1800 Euro for accommodation in independent flat room, 1600 euro for single room in shared flat and 1400 euro for a double room. Assisi is in Umbria, 120 kilometers from Florence and 200 from Rome (easily reached by train). Umbria is famous not only for Assisi but for many other medieval towns: Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto, Perugia, Montefalco, Trevi, Bevagna Castiglione del Lago, Todi. In Accademia, you can book guides and transport (minibus or taxi), or weekends in art cities (tours + transportation + accommodation in Rome, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Padua).
