\n<\/strong>For payments made by the 10th of the month preceding the beginning of the course, there is a discount voucher of 100 euros<\/strong> (valid once only on all courses of 4 weeks or more, excluding individual courses).<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>If a course level has fewer than 5 students <\/strong>enrolled, the school redesigns the schedule according to the number of participants.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>If cancellation is made:
\n\u2013 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full cost is refunded
\n\u2013 2 weeks before the start of the course, the school retains 50% of the total course cost
\n\u2013 after the start of the course, no refund is possible<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>If a change of date is requested:
\n\u2013 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the credit remains valid for 12 months
\n\u2013 1 week before the start of the course, 70% of the credit remains valid for 12 months
\n\u2013 after the start of the course, no credit can be issued<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>If the Accademia is required to issue a formal resignation in order to apply for a study vis<\/strong>a:\u00a0
\n– There can be no refunds\/course date changes after the visa has been issued.
\n– The school will issue a refund of the tuition fee paid less 350 \u20ac, if a student visa application has been refused. The refund is available once the original visa refusal letter issued by the Italian embassy\/consulate and the original documents sent to the student have been returned to the school.<\/p>\n
